Prohibited driver facing impaired charges

A 46-year-old Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh woman is facing charges following a single-vehicle collision north of Goderich last month.

Huron County OPP received reports of the incident on November 10 around 10 p.m.

A vehicle was reported to be in the ditch on Bluewater Highway near Nile Road.

Upon investigation, officers discovered the accused was a prohibited driver and was arrested on scene for impaired operation.

The suspect now faces impaired and prohibited driving charges.
