Documentary that looks past stigma of drug use coming to Owen Sound

The Supportive Outreach Services (SOS) program and its partners are bringing a documentary looking into the courage of and tragedy faced by injection drug users.

Love in the Time of Fentanyl will be shown on December 7 at 9:30 a.m. at the Roxy Theatre. Two more screenings will take place at Grey Roots Museum on December 21 at 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

According to the United Way Bruce Grey, the documentary features safe injection sites, the opioid crisis, and how a community can come together to save lives in Vancouver.
