The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has invoked its mandate after a collision in Saugeen Shores that resulted in serious injuries.
On November 2 just before 2 p.m., a Saugeen Shores Police Services officer tried to stop a vehicle for a violation of the Highway Traffic Act. Police said the vehicle fled from police and hit a tree.
The driver and passengers were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The Saugeen Shores Police Service will not be providing any more information at this time, as required by law.
