Home invasion and gunpoint robbery under investigation

The Hanover Police Service is investigating a recent home invasion and robbery.

On October 22, police were informed of a robbery that had occurred on October 15 at a residence on 11th Street near 13th Avenue in Hanover.

The victims reported that around 9:30 p.m., three masked men entered the home and held the victims at gunpoint while the intruders stole numerous items. The intruders drove off in an SUV driven by a fourth suspect.

One of the victims attempted to chase the white SUV southbound on 18th Avenue near JDSS. One of the suspects shot their weapon at the victim's vehicle, striking it, at which point the victim stopped their pursuit.

Police believe this was a targeted robbery. No injuries were reported. If you have any information regarding this incident, contact Hanover police investigators.
