Huron East launches new Tours and Trails Guide

Huron East has launched a contest to celebrate their new Tours and Trails Guide.

Economic Development Officer Taralyn Cronin says the township received a grant through the County of Huron's SLED program to create the guide.

"This guide is now available and features the Brussels, Seaforth and Vanastra historical walking tours, the Brussels Fairy Door trail and our walking and cycling trails along with our conservation areas," explained Cronin.

The Clinton, George Taylor or Maple Keys Conservation Areas are located in Huron East. People can get the guide at huroneast.com, or at the Municipal Office (72 Main St. S., Seaforth), Brussels Library Branch (available October 7th), Seaforth Library Branch or Vanastra Recreation Centre.

"Visit the starting location of one tour, one cycling and walking trail and one Conservation Area," Cronin suggested. "Answer the posted trivia question and submit your answers to huroneast.com/trail."

People can also enter by calling 519-527-0160 ext. 36. The answers can be submitted for a chance to win a $100 Shopping Spree in the Brussels and Seaforth area. The contest closes November 10 at 4:00 p.m.
