Owen Sound Transit Terminal to temporarily close

Staffing issues have prompted the City of Owen Sound to announce the Transit Terminal will be closed following the Guelph Owen Sound Transit (GOST) morning run at 9 a.m. on Sunday, September 24.

Although the city doesn't offer conventional transit on Sundays, the terminal is normally open for people using the Guelph Owen Sound Transit (GOST) service.

The afternoon Guelph to Owen Sound bus will still be operating, but the terminal will be closed, meaning riders will not be able to buy their tickets. Passengers will need to have exact cash so they can pay the driver when boarding the bus.

The City of Owen Sound said it apologizes for any inconvenience.
