Local labour planning board seeks responses to employee survey

The Four County Labour Market Planning Board have launched a re-designed Employee Survey and they’re asking for Bruce, Grey, Huron or Perth County residents to contribute.

It’s the first labour survey the board has conducted since 2018 and they note that priorities for the local workforce have changed significantly since the pandemic.

“We would like to extend a huge thank you to our advisory partners for their support and guidance in designing and promoting this survey” says Dana Soucie, Executive Director. “We encourage others to share the survey within your community; our success is your success."

The survey opened on Sept. 1 and will close in two months on November 1. The questionnaire is anonymous and will take approximately five minutes to complete.

A final report summarizing the results will be shared with local stakeholders upon completion.

Anyone with questions can contact the Four County Labour Market Planning Board at 519-881-2725.
