A fatal collision is under investigation by the South Bruce OPP.
On August 19 at 2:17 a.m., officers responded alongside Bruce County Paramedic Services and Mildmay Fire Department to a report of a bad crash on Concession 10 South of Formosa.
Investigators determined that a single vehicle was involved and the lone occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police are continuing to investigate this fatal crash. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to call South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
