As a result of the ongoing investigation, Owen Sound Police Service and Grey Bruce OPP have charged two 37-year-olds from Owen Sound.

Cody Hassard is facing charges including second degree murder, pointing a firearm, and two counts of forcible confinement.

Ashley-Lynn Dykstra has been charged with accessory to murder after the fact, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and two counts of forcible confinement.

They have been held in custody with a bail hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
