Emergency services responded to a call around noon on June 18 in the area of Grey Road 3 and Concession 8 in the former Normanby Township.
The lone driver of the ATV was pronounced dead at the scene.
The OPP's Accident Reconstruction Unit is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
Police say the name of the deceased will not be released at this time.
