Playtime Casino Hanover is working with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Grey Bruce to host the Act for Change BBQ 2023.

The non-profit committee at Playtime Casino Hanover, Gateway Gives, will be teaming with Jackie Ralph and her team at CMHA Grey Bruce from Owen Sound for the second annual #ActforChange BBQ on May 1, 2023.

Former Team Canada hockey player and Kincardine native Kendra Fisher is the special guest. She is is a three-time world inline hockey champion and CEO of Mentally Fit.

Last year’s community BBQ connected with over 100 individuals and raised $3,300 for community funded programs of CMHA Grey Bruce.

There will be food, an information booth, and a fundraising silent auction table.  Some of the donors include CMR Insurance, the Hockey Hall of Fame, Black Creek Pioneer Village, West Grey Lions, and Built Wright Fencing.
