Canadian Blood Services has three more scheduled blood donation clinics in Midwestern Ontario in February.
On February 1, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., a donation event will be held at the Owen Sound Legion at 1450 2nd Avenue West. Also, Mount Forest will host two donation events at the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex. The first of those will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on February 7, and the second will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on February 28. The clinics are by appointment only. Canadian Blood Services says despite a healthy uptick in winter donations, supplies are still nowhere near where they're needed to be.
