Charges have been laid following the death of a cyclist who was hit by a vehicle.
Huron County OPP have been investigating a fatal collision that took place near Crediton in June 2022.
Close to 10 p.m. on June 29, first responders attended the scene of a collision in which cyclist Brody Feltz, 17, of South Huron was struck by a vehicle on Crediton Road, east of Crediton. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 41-year-old woman from South Huron, has been charged with Operation While Prohibited and Driving While Under Suspension.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Goderich later this month.
