Perth County OPP received a report on December 6 just before noon that numerous high school students were seen vandalizing a street sign, causing damage to a caution sign attached to a fire hydrant, and dumping garbage on a property on St. Andrew Street in Mitchell.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information relating to it to contact Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
