Municipality launches Accessibility Survey

The Municipality of Kincardine has launched an Accessibility Survey.

An official release states the survey is to "understand people’s experiences with Municipal services, programs, and facilities. The input will support the creation of the next Accessibility Plan." The survey is open to anyone, but specifically the town wants to hear from people locally living with disabilities, as well as their friends, family, and caregivers. The answers to this survey will help identify gaps and barriers that currently exist and will provide ideas on how to reduce and/or eliminate existing barriers in the following areas:

-Municipal facilities -Municipal trails, walkways and sidewalks -Municipal programs and activities -Municipal Information and Communications -Employment -Transportation
