As we head into the long weekend, public health units have beach information posted on their respective websites.
In Huron and Perth, the public health unit has now updated testing results, and reports all beaches are safe for swimming.
Beyond lab results, public health says swimmers should also ask themselves a couple of questions; is the water turbid, can you see your feet while standing waist deep in water; and has there been heavy rainfall in the last 24 to 48 hours.

In Grey and Bruce, public health's most recent lab results show all 13 beaches it monitors passed set standards, including Sauble Beach, the Port Elgin main beach and Southampton beach.
The tests taken measure the E. coli per 100 ml of beach water but the health unit stresses the decision to swim should be based on real time conditions.
