Wellington County OPP are investigating a fail to remain collision in Southgate Township that left a 15-year-old with serious injuries.
Wellington OPP Acting Sargeant Ed Sanchuck says the collision happened around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday.
The teen was rushed to local hospital then transferred to a Hamilton hospital for further treatment.
Police are looking for a silver, older model sedan, similar to a Lincoln Town Car or Grand Marquis, and the car will have passenger side damage.
Police are asking anyone with dashcam footage of the car to contact them immediately.
