Police a investigating a serious crash south of Hillsburgh, just west of Erin.
Wellington County OPP were called to the scene on Trafalgar Road at Sideroad 17 around 3 p.m. Saturday.
One driver was transported to a trauma centre with life threatening injuries.
There was also a 1-1/2-year-old, white sheepdog named "Deeks" in the vehicle at the time, who fled the scene and is missing.
The large, white stray dog had a collar on, but no tags.
The Wellington County OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed the crash to call 1-888-310-1122.
