Police responded to a call about an alleged assault on October 15th in the area of Maitland Avenue South in Listowel.
A lone victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A 28-year-old from Listowel was arrested and charged with Robbery with Violence and is in custody pending a bail hearing.
The charges have yet to be proven in court.
