Break-and-enter theft being investigated by police

The Huron County OPP are investigating a recent break-and-enter theft that took place at a local business.

On September 10th, officers were called about an overnight break-in at a business on Albert Street in Clinton. Initial investigation revealed that the culprits forced their way into the business through the front door. Once inside, the thieves stole numerous items including several wedding dresses, pairs of shoes, assorted costume jewellery, a laptop, a debit machine and a cash box containing a small amount of cash. The value of the stolen items is estimated at $22,000.
