The West Grey Police Service has laid numerous charges following the execution of a search warrant in West Grey.
On June 17th, officers executed the search warrant at a residence on Grey Road 4. Police seized a semi-automatic pistol and a quantity of drugs. A 33-year-old native of West Grey was arrested and charged with several offences relating to possession of illegal weapons and drugs, as well as fail to comply with an undertaking.
The accused has a court date scheduled in Walkerton in July to answer to the charges.
