The Grey-Bruce Residential Hospice has named a new Executive Director.
In a release on May 19th, the Board of Directors of the Residential Hospice Grey Bruce and Board Chair Paul Rowcliffe unveiled that Janet Fairbridge has been appointed Executive Director. Fairbridge will assume her role on May 25th and will be replacing Alex Hector, who will be assuming the Executive Director role with the South East Grey Community Health Centre.
Previously, Fairbridge was the Foundation Director for Hospice Georgian Triangle supporting Campbell House in Collingwood, managing the staff of the foundation.
“Janet’s previous role was the Foundation Director for Hospice Georgian Triangle supporting Campbell House in Collingwood managing the staff of the foundation and achieving significance success in surpassing the objectives of the foundation. Janet has been a quest speaker for the Blackbaud International Conference, Association of Fundraising Professionals, HPCO, 100 Women Who Care Southern Georgian Bay, and many more. She has worked in media for many years including associate producer for CBC Sports and Supervisor of Associate Directors at CBC Toronto Television Production Centre and has a deep understating and knowledge of Residential Hospice and a demonstrated passion for the mission," says Residential Hospice Grey Bruce Board Chair Paul Rowcliffe.
