The Saugeen Shores Police Service are participating in the "Know the Limit" speeding campaign.
Beginning April 2nd, officers with the Saugeen Shores Police Service will be monitoring local roadways for speeders. With warmer weather now here and more favourable driving conditions along with it, that typically results in higher vehicle speeds on our roads. In a release, Saugeen Shores Police Service notes that high speeds contribute to many collisions which result in property damage and fatalities or injuries.
The release also states that Saugeen Shores Police Service officers will be targeting all areas of Saugeen Shores with an emphasis on known trouble spots. “Know the Limit” lasts until April 16th.
