Saugeen Connects to host virtual Women's Day event

Saugeen Connects will be hosting a special speaker for International Women’s Day, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. this evening.

Free to attendees, the talk will be presented virtually on Zoom with Speaker Diane Crawford, where she will offer her perspective on Removing Barriers to Success.

“This is an excellent way to culminate our current entrepreneurial webinar series for women,” said Saugeen Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) General Manager Rose Austin. “Our Saugeen Connects group brings together five municipalities and the SEDC toward benefitting the economic vitality of our region.”

Saugeen Connects partners are the Towns of Hanover and Minto, the Township of Wellington North and the Municipalities of Brockton and West Grey.

The group is currently running an AWE webinar series, assisting rural women with entrepreneurial skills and business leadership training.

To register to attend the March 8th Zoom presentation, email [email protected] or call 519-799-5750 or toll free at 1-877- 335-7332.
