At 3:15 p.m., Wellington North Fire Service tweeted that the Mount Forest Station responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 89 and Southgate Side Road 49. There are no details regarding the crash or any potential injuries, but the fire service is urging drivers to adjust to poor driving conditions and avoid the area, or to avoid travel altogether if possible.
