Community Foundation Grey Bruce has opened applications for springtime grants aimed at helping regional charities and non-profits.
Any regional charities and non-profits can submit grant applications up to April 15th.
As a prerequisite to receive a grant, a project being done must benefit the community in any of the following areas: health and wellness, arts and culture, education and lifelong learning, living standards, the environment and community connections.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on local charities and non-profits, up to 25% of any grant given may be used for operational requirements and administration costs related to delivering a project.
The grants are related to Community Foundation Grey Bruce's Vital Signs report, which measures the vitality of local communities, identifies significant trends and supports action on issues that are critical to quality of life.
