The Town of Minto now knows the full impact of budgets on its residents.
Minto passed its 2021 budget in December and Wellington County finalized its budget in late January.
The province also recently released the final schedule of Education tax rates.
According to a release from Minto, the town projects that with everything combined, residents will see an overall increase of about $50 per year for the average residential property.
Out of that increase, Minto's portion is about $8.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
