The Perth County OPP is looking for suspects after a break and enter and theft from the scene of a fire last week.
On January 26th, just before 9:45 a.m., Perth OPP, Perth East Fire Department, and the Perth County Paramedic Services responded to a fire at a motel on Forest Road, east of Stratford. The structure was fully engulfed.
Police say sometime overnight on January 29th to January 30th, unknown suspects entered the damaged building, and stole property, which include a clock, alcohol, and gasoline.
The scene had been cleared by police and the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal (OFM) and was unoccupied at the time of the theft.
