After record-breaking temperatures across most of the province earlier this week, the warm weather appears to be on its way out.
Some communities in the area have even set records, including Collingwood, which was the hottest place in Canada on Monday afternoon, measuring 25.7 C.
In Bruce County, Wiarton climbed to 23.4 C on Tuesday, crushing the previous daytime record high of 17 C set back in 1975, also setting a record for its warmest-ever temperature for any day in November.
To our south, Kitchener-Waterloo has broken five consecutive daytime high-temperature records, including breaking Tuesday's previous record high of 16.7 C before the noon hour.
Environment Canada calls the warmth of this November "unprecedented", adding that this air mass is more typical of late summer.
It now appears that this weather is on its way out of the region, with falling temperatures expected this Wednesday afternoon, with cooler, more seasonal temperatures hanging around for the rest of the month.
