(BlacburnNews.com stock photo)The City of Owen Sound Public Works Department will be closing the westbound lane of 8th Street West, from 2nd Avenue West to 3rd Avenue West to motorists on Thursday, November 5 because of manhole repairs.
The lane closure will begin at 7:30 a.m. The repair work is expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m.
The City is asking motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area during the repair.
