South Bruce OPP have laid charges following a recent assault in Chesley.
On July 16th at 5:31 pm, officers responded to a report of a disturbance on 5th Avenue Southwest in Chesley. Following an investigation at the scene, a 28-year-old Arran Elderslie Township resident was charged with 2 counts of Assault With a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon, Uttering Threats and Fail to Comply with Recognizance.
