This weekend won't be your average May 24 weekend. But the mayor of Goderich says some things will be open.
"What is open and everybody is very excited about is the golf courses in the area are open. The marina is open, but not Snug Harbour itself, so people can launch their boats at the boat launch and away they go", says mayor John Grace.
Grace says all of the parks in town have always been open and they're still open. But he points out the waterfront and the main beach are both closed and there are two reasons for that. The waterfront is closed because of the on-going construction and the main beach is closed because of direction from the Province.
