Two people used several weapons to attack a man walking on Garafraxa Street in the Town of Durham.
West Grey police said the victim suffered extensive injuries during the attack on Monday, April 27, 2020, at around 3 p.m.
EMS attended and assisted with the victim who was later transported by air ambulance to a London hospital with head injuries.
Police arrested two male young offenders at the scene. They are now charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, failing to comply with a youth sentence. Both suspects were held in custody for a bail hearing.
