Wellington County OPP are looking for a male suspect in connection with a sexual assault investigation in Fergus.
Provincial police said a woman was sexually assaulted on Friday night on the Elora-Cataract Trail, east of Gartshore Street in Fergus. The incident took place around 9 p.m.
Police said the male suspect was riding a bicycle and was last seen going east towards Fergus.
Officers describe the suspect as a Caucasian male, approximately 150 lbs, approximately 5'9" or 5'10", with a round face, thin lips, and sparse facial hair on his upper lip and chin.
The suspect was last seen wearing black reading glasses, a black baggy hooded sweater, black pants, and a black beanie hat.
