Impaired driving charges have been laid following an accident that ended with a car partially on its roof.
South Bruce OPP responded to the single-vehicle crash on Highway 9 near Kincardine Thursday evening at about 7:40 p.m.
The driver, a 24-year-old man from Hanover, was charged with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content over 80 milligrams.
The passenger, a 28-year-old Carrick Township resident, was charged with having open liquor in the vehicle.
Paramedics were able to treat minor injuries sustained by both at the scene.
