Wellington OPP arrested the man after he allegedly fled a R.I.D.E check on Tuesday around 12:55 a.m.
Police also seized a loaded handgun, a large quantity of meth and cash.
The accused has been charged with dangerous flight from police and firearms and drug trafficking.
