Interested parties viewed the property on July 30th, with the highest valid submitted bid being $500,000.
Upon receiving approval from the Ministry of Education, the building was sold by the Bluewater District School Board to "2695812 Ontario Inc".
Plans for the property have so far not been announced.
A call to a lawyer representing "2695812 Ontario Inc" has not been returned.
They were produced during an intense storm last Saturday afternoon.
