Bruce Power conducting emergency services test

Bruce Power will be conducting some exercises this week to test out their emergency services.

Along with help from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), Health Canada, the Provincial Emergency Operations Centre and the Municipality of Kincardine, Bruce Power will run a three-day emergency services capability test starting Tuesday and ending this Thursday.

Over 1,200 Bruce Power employees will take part in the event called "Huron Resilience", and the company hopes to demonstrate its commitment to safety, Bruce Power took part in similar events in 2012 and 2016.
