Eco Exeter Program deemed a success

The South Huron High School teacher who encouraged her students to start the Eco Exeter movement was a recent presenter at a Huron County Water Protection Steering Committee meeting.

Amanda Keller said the student's focus right now is on single-use plastics and how that's related to the climate crisis and their school curriculum.

Their message is that every little thing does make a difference, and if you have millions of people making one small change, it adds up.

Keller added she's very encouraged by the response from the community and they are buying into the program.
