Police began looking into the disappearance of 23-year-old Patrick Quintin Smith on Monday. He has not been seen by family or friends since Friday, September 20. His friends call him Quintin.
He is white, about 5'10" tall, weighing 140 pounds with a skinny build, and short, dirty-blonde hair.
He was last living in Exeter but has ties to Huron Park.
Police are concerned for his well being.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
