Minto council has given its blessing to a zone change to allow another cannabis-growing operation in the Palmerston Industrial Park.
The latest request comes from Tucker Industries, which already has a factory operating in the industrial park.
As well as growing cannabis, the company plans to develop a high tech cannabis growing unit which it can market to other growers.
There are now three cannabis growing operations in the works for the Palmerston Industrial Park.
