Grey-Bruce OPP have laid a number of charges following an arrest on Monday.
Officers responded to a physical altercation at an address at Highway 6 in Northern Bruce Peninsula. Police found a man in an agitated state who was not cooperating with police.
After investigating further, police determined the man had allegedly assaulted a second person at the scene.
Following his arrest, police conducted a search and located over 65 grams of suspected crystal meth as well as drug paraphernalia.
A 22-year-old Northern Bruce Peninsula man was charged with drug trafficking, possession, and assault charges.
The accused was remanded into custody and will be before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound Wednesday.
