Wellington County OPP have identified the victim of a fatal crash south of Fergus.
Sunday around 4:00 a.m., Guelph Wellington Paramedics Service and the OPP responded to a collision involving one vehicle on Second Line, between Wellington Road 7 and Sideroad 6.
25- year-old Brandon James Ringuette of Toronto was the lone occupant of the vehicle which left the road and collided with several trees just west of Sideroad 6.
Wellington County OPP say Ringuette was pronounced dead at the scene.
Second Line was closed for about 9 hours for the investiation.
