Walkerton will be hosting mental health workshops later this month.
The sessions will be through the Mentally Fit organization run by Kendra Fisher, and will focus on Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training in suicide first aid and mental health aid.
The ASIST Mental Health Training Workshops will take place at the Walkerton Fire Hall on Saturday, March 30th and Sunday, March 31st. They run from 8:30 to 4:30 both days.
Workshops are also scheduled for the weekend of April 13th and 14 at the Walkerton Fire Hall.
