Sugar Kings win to force Game 7

Mason McMahon scored the game winner on the power play in overtime and Elmira edged Kitchener 3-2 to tie their GOJHL Midwestern Conference quarterfinal series at 3-3.

Jeremey Goodwin opened the scoring midway through the second.

Kyle Kennery put the Dutchmen on the board just 45 seconds into the third. Kurtis Goodwin answered for the Sugar Kings about six minutes later. Tyler Harrison scored the equalizer for Kitchener with just over a minute-and-a-half left to play with an extra attacker on the ice.

The deciding Game 7 goes Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at Elmira's Kinsmen Arena.
