The Town of Saugeen Shores has launched a new website with updated content, and easier to find information.
Mayor Luke Charbonneau said the new site offers a fresh new look and reorganized menus.
"Like all internet users, residents of Saugeen Shores expect an up to date, easy to manoeuvre website," he explained, "Our refreshed website provides the most up to date information to ratepayers while demonstrating community pride and local amenities to potential investors. We're proud to see our new website go live."
He said it's more responsive on mobile devices, offers a new module for facilities and parks and allows for fillable online forms.
This also allows residents and visitors to report issues online using the new "Report a Concern" form.
Users have the option to subscribe to the website in a number of ways including receiving news notifications, emergency alerts, employment postings and calendar events updates.
"With technological changes and public expectations, it was time to upgrade from our previous website and this project was delivered on time and on budget," said Mayor Charbonneau. The website URL remains the same at www.SaugeenShores.ca.
