A year-end review of building permits for 2018 shows Wellington North enjoyed another record year of new construction.
The municipality issued permits worth almost $45 million in 2018, which compares to the average for the past ten years of $25.5 million.
There were 257 permits issued in Wellington North in 2018 compared to the ten-year average of 228.
