He shot a 64 in each of his final two rounds after opening with a 68 and then carding a 67 in his second round.
American Matt Kuchar won the event with a 22-under 258.
Conners best round of the tour came at the Sanderson Farms Championship in October where he finished second. Conners is 19th in the FedEx Cup rankings.
