A serious collision closed a number of roadways in Perth County Friday afternoon.
The OPP tweeted just before 1:45 p.m. that Perth Road 113 between Erie Street and Perth Line 26, as well as Perth Line 29 between Erie Street and Perth Road 112 near Stratford, are closed due to a serious motor vehicle collision.
Some reports are indicating the collision involved a transport truck and another vehicle. Reports are also indicating one person has been airlifted to hospital, and crews are trying to clean up a fuel spill from the transport truck.
Reopening times for the roads are unknown. Drivers should avoid the area.
