A Tim Hortons location in Arthur is closed after a fire ripped through the building on Saturday causing over $1,000,000 in damage.
Wellington North Fire, Wellington OPP and Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Services all responded at approximately 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon to a fire call at the building. A worker reportedly witnessed heavy smoke coming from an electrical room.
At one point, the fire was travelling through the ceiling of the building but firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze shortly after arrival.
No injuries have been reported. A Tim Hortons kiosk located at 321 Smith St. in Arthur is open while the investigation continues.
